How do I know a part will fit my Mercedes?

Send us your VIN (17 characters from your licence disc or windscreen). We look it up in our Mercedes-Benz parts database and confirm fitment in writing before you pay. If the listed part doesn't match your build exactly, we'll source the correct one or tell you to keep looking.

Do you stock parts for all Mercedes models?

Accepted Answer

We focus on W203/W204/W205 C-Class, W211/W212/W213 E-Class, W220/W221/W222 S-Class, W164/W166 ML/GLE, W463 G-Class, W906/W907 Sprinter, plus selected SLK / CLK / CLS / Vito variants. If your part is not in stock today, we strip 10–15 cars a month — your part might be coming in next week. Send the request anyway.

Question 3

Will the OEM number on the listing match mine exactly?

Accepted Answer

OEM part numbers can be superseded over time as Mercedes revises components. We confirm fitment by chassis + VIN, not just by part number. If your old number has been superseded, we'll tell you which number replaces which and confirm the new one fits your build.

Question 4

How do I find my chassis code?

Accepted Answer

Your chassis code (e.g. W204) is listed on your licence disc next to "MM Number" or in your service booklet. The first 11 characters of your VIN also encode it. If you're not sure, send us a photo of your licence disc — we'll decode it for you.

Question 5

What condition are your Mercedes parts in?

Accepted Answer

We supply both yard-stripped used and new aftermarket. Used parts are graded as Tested Used (good working order, function-tested), Refurbished (rebuilt with new wear items), or Premium Refurbished (full strip-down, dyno-tested). Body trim is sold inspected and photographed before packing. New aftermarket parts are OEM-equivalent units that ship boxed and unused with the manufacturer warranty. Condition and source are confirmed in writing before you pay — no surprises.

What warranty do you offer on your parts?

Tested used parts: 3-month parts warranty. Refurbished mechanical units (alternators, turbos, ABC pumps, power steering): 6 months. Premium Refurbished drivetrain (gearboxes, engine long blocks): 12 months. New aftermarket parts ship with the manufacturer warranty (typically 12 months). Body panels and trim are sold inspected, no warranty cover but with full disclosure. See the Warranty page for the detailed terms.

Can I return a part if it does not fit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, in the same condition we sent it. We refund or credit at your choice. We don't refund the original freight charges on no-fault returns — but we cover the freight on warranty replacements.

What if a part fails inside the warranty period?

Accepted Answer

Send us the diagnostic report or fault description and photos via WhatsApp on 082 934 8802. We arrange courier collection at our cost, test the part in our Centurion workshop, and replace, refund or credit within 5 business days.

Question 9

Do you ship countrywide in South Africa?

Accepted Answer

Yes — door-to-door across all 9 provinces using Courier Guy and Aramex for parts, DSV for palletised engines and gearboxes. Most parts arrive in 1–3 business days. Engines and gearboxes go on overnight road freight, typically 2–4 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Small parts from R 199 nationwide. Mirrors and headlights R 299–R 450. Bumpers and bonnets R 450–R 850. Engines and gearboxes are quoted per route — usually R 1 200–R 2 800. We quote freight with the part so you see the delivered price before you commit.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

EFT, instant EFT, all major cards via secure payment link, Zapper, SnapScan, and cash on collection at the yard. We don't do cash-on-delivery on courier orders for security reasons.

Question 12

Can I collect from your yard instead of paying for courier?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Collection at 67 Tulip Road, R114 Monavoni, Centurion. Open 7 days a week. Pre-pay via EFT or pay on collection (cash, card or instant EFT).

Question 13

Do you offer trade discounts to workshops?

Accepted Answer

Yes — workshops, panel beaters and fitment centres can apply for a trade account. Once approved you get tiered pricing (7–18% off retail) and 7/14/30 day payment terms depending on volume. Apply via the Trade page.
